My weekend routine
IN THE MORNING
Everyday when I wake up in the morning I always go towards the window to view the beautiful greenaries that are surrounded to my hostel. That look just brightens my heart and refreshes my mind to begin a new day. Moreover, I always begin my day with a cup of coffee or may be a cup of tea depending on my mood of taste. Well, talking about what kind of breakfast I have differs a lot, though I do not follow any specific diet pattern. Afterall a healthy breakfast is all that is needed to energise myself in order to carry out my activities for the day.
Soon after having breakfast I usually sit on my bed and think for a while about my plans for the day. The first thing that I do is cleaning up my room. Most of the time my room do look messy, jumbled with various stuffs here and there and I only clean my place during the weekends. Certainly, most of us would do the same thing just like me (unless if you are a person with OCD....... just kidding). The next thing I would probably do is watch a movie through amazon prime videos or YouTube. Sometimes I go out for a small grocery shopping with my friends as well as stroll around the town in search of something that is required and you won't get it in a particular shop. After coming back to room we refresh our ourselves with a glass of freshly prepared chilled lemonade.
IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING
When it's lunch time, me and my friends get ready to have food from the cafeteria. Everyday there is a variety in every meal. Somedays I do like certain currys and I opt for more on my plate. After having a delicious meal and returning again back to my room, the next plan is to take a nap for one hour or one and a half hour. Always remember never sleep for too long as once you get up you feel lethargic and also your night can be a sleepless night.
Evening is the time for my personal care and to use some of my beauty tips in order to keep myself clean and free from bacteria that is present on my body. I mostly apply an oil massage for my hair (twice a week) and I also use multani mitti face pack as it gives a glow on my face. Oh, I almost forgot about washing my clothes. That is the only part of my activity where I'm soo really lazy to do and since I do not have any choice or anyone to do it for me, I have to do it by myself. Yeah, That's all about my personal care routine. At about 7 O'clock I have dinner and again we get dressed up to go to cafeteria. However, I do not find any variety in the food as everytime I get to eat veggies for dinner. Most of the time I order food from different restaurants through zomato or swiggy but due to the outbreak of a pandemic disease, I have started to limit my ordering and have full time from cafeteria.
AT NIGHT
Night time is the time I spend on my phone talking to my parents, relatives (probably a video chat) as well as spending some quality time with my friends. Every night my friends gather around to talk about the various incidents that had happened, laughing to all the jokes and pranks and fights. We have great fun at night and we never realise that its almost bedtime. But who cares about time when your engaged with your friends. I'm sure most of you who love to party at night do agree with me.
So that's it................... this is all about what i do during the weekends or other holidays. Inspite of living in a hostel, it is totally different than at home. Being as a healthcare personnel most of my time is devoted to my work nevertheless in weekends it's definitely my time.
